Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Pure Serenity, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to manage our appointment schedule efficiently.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to provide the best experience for all clients while respecting the time of our therapists.
Booking & Payment
- A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
- Your card details are stored securely and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked treatment.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the booked treatment or forfeiture of any gift voucher.
- If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, this will be subject to availability. If a suitable time cannot be found, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Late Arrivals
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time, if not early, for your appointment.
- If you arrive late, we may not be able to perform your full service, and the full service fee will still apply.
- We will try our best to fit your appointment in, or reschedule to a time that suits us both.
